Below you’ll find our delivery options for the UK and International orders, including estimated timeframes and cut-off times.

Tracking: You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link and number. You can also contact help@macinasac.com.

Note: Express services do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Quick Overview

UK Standard (RM48)

FREE over £30. Under £30: £3.95. Usually 2–4 working days from dispatch (Belfast).

UK Express

£5.95. Delivered in 1–2 working days. Order by 2pm Mon–Thu / 1pm Fri.

UK Guaranteed Next Day

£8.95 via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (SD1). May require a signature.

UK Delivery Details

Royal Mail RM48 (FREE P&P over £30)

  • Deliveries normally arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch from Belfast.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days in case of delay.
  • If you haven’t received your delivery within 7 working days of placing your order, please get in touch.
  • RM48 postage for orders of £30 or less is £3.95.

Express Delivery – £5.95

  • Delivery within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders must be placed before 2 pm Monday–Thursday / 1 pm Friday.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be sent on the following working day.
  • Does not include weekends/Bank Holidays.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery – £8.95

  • Order by 2 pm Monday–Thursday / 1 pm Friday for same-day dispatch.
  • Sent via Royal Mail SD1: Special Delivery Guaranteed.
  • Should reach you the next working day.
  • Orders placed after cut-off will be sent the following working day.
  • Does not include weekends/Bank Holidays.
  • This service may require a signature.

Non-UK Delivery

All shipping/customs charges will be stated at checkout.

Ireland / Europe (FedEx)

  • Standard: Please allow 5–10 working days (allow up to 14 working days for delays). Delivered by FedEx ConnectPlus.
  • Express: Order by 7am Monday–Friday for delivery in 1–3 business days. Shipped via FedEx Express. Tracking provided.
  • Options available to sign up for email or text notifications.

Rest of the World

  • Standard: Delivered within 14 working days (allow up to 21 working days for delays).
  • Express: Order by 7am Monday–Friday for delivery in 3–4 business days. Fully tracked.
  • If you have not received your order within 10 days (express), please contact us.

USA customers

Please note from August 29th 2025, the U.S. plans to remove De Minimis thresholds across major markets. This means all orders, regardless of value, may be subject to local duties and taxes. All import charges are included at checkout — what you see is what you’ll pay.

At Mac in a Sac, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Whether you need a different size or simply changed your mind, we’ve made our returns process as smooth and fuss-free as possible.

How to Return an Item (UK)

We don’t include a returns label in the parcel — everything’s handled through our easy-to-use Returns Portal.

  • Enter your order number 
  • Select the items you’d like to return, then choose a refund or exchange
  • Choose your return method: print a label or use a QR code at your local Post Office or drop-off point
  • Send it back — we’ll process your return within 5 working days of receipt

Purchased via a marketplace?

If you have bought a Mac in a Sac item from one of our marketplaces (e.g. Mountain Warehouse or Decathlon), please use:

Returning an exchange / replacement?

If you need to return an exchange or replacement (order number format like 01E65947B92FB7), please use the Royal Mail portal above (not our returns portal).

Refunds & Processing Times

  • Return delivery time: Royal Mail usually delivers returns within 2–5 working days.
  • Confirmation: You’ll be emailed once your parcel reaches us.
  • Refund processing: We’ll process your refund within 5 working days of receipt.

Please allow up to 10 working days from when you send your return before getting in touch. Once your refund is processed, it can take up to 5 days for the money to show in your account — depending on your card provider.

International Returns

  • There will be a fee to return the item to us.
  • You’ll need to pay for postage, except where the item is faulty.
  • Returns are free from Ireland.
  • Please allow 21 days for international returns to come back to us.

FAQ

  • My item is faulty — what do I do? Email help@macinasac.com with a clear photo of the issue. Please wash the garment before returning.
  • What’s excluded from the 1 year guarantee? Misuse, wear and tear, accident or alteration. High temperatures/sunlight/heat can cause delamination.
  • Bought it elsewhere? If purchased from a store retailer, please return directly to them with proof of purchase.
  • Gift returns? Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Distance Selling Regulations: UK/EU customers have 7 working days from receiving goods to cancel for a full refund. EU cancellations must be returned at the customer’s expense.
