UK Delivery

 

Royal Mail RM48  (FREE P&P over £30)

Our deliveries normally arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch from Belfast. However please allow 7 working days in case of delay. If you haven't received your delivery within 7 working days of placing the order please get in touch. RM48 postage for orders of 30 pounds or less is £3.95.


Express Delivery - £5.95

If you need your order even quicker, we can dispatch using this service. Delivery will be completed within 1-2 working days. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday/1pm Friday. Express Orders placed after this time will be sent on the following working day. Please note that Express Delivery does not include weekends/Bank Holidays.


Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £8.95

If you need a guaranteed next day delivery, choose this service. Please order by 2pm Monday-Thursday/1pm Friday to ensure your orders ships the same day. It will be sent via Royal Mail's SD1: Special Delivery Guaranteed service and should reach you the next working day. Orders placed after our cut-off will be sent on the following working day. Express Delivery does not include weekends/Bank Holidays. Please note this service may require a signature.

Standard Ireland/EU Orders

Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to Ireland/Europe. However please allow 14 working days in case of delay. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days of placing your order please contact us. Delivered by Deutsche Post.

 

Express Ireland/EU Orders

Order by 8 am, Monday to Friday, for delivery in 2-3 business days.
You will receive a tracking email with your shipping number and a link to the DHL tracking website.
Options are available to sign up for email or text notifications on your order's progress.

Standard Delivery: All goods are shipped from the UK and should arrive with you within 14 working days of your order being placed if standard postage has been selected. Please allow 21 working days in case of delay. If you have not received your delivery within 21 working days of placing your order please contact us.
Express delivery: Order by 8 am, Monday to Friday, for delivery in 3-4 business days.
This service is fully tracked and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers upon dispatch. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us.


 

Returns

 

  • You have 30 days from receipt of goods to return the item/s to us.

 

  • Please make sure that the returned item has not been worn (other than tried on), and that it is in its original packaging, with all original tags attached.

 

  • Please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your post office / carrier.

 

Refunds

Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be submitted after a 6 month period. Please include a note with your return stating the refund required including any carry-over discounts.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please make sure you specify the colour and size required on your paper invoice. If you do not leave enough detail, we will not be able to complete your exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been issued.

 

 

UK RETURNS

 

Please use the Royal Mail portal for creating a free UK return - https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1448

 

- You can download and print a return label via the above portal (if you don't have a printer, larger post offices may be able to print it for you).

- Alternatively, you can arrange a collection for a Royal Mail driver to pick the return up, free of charge. They bring the label.

- Should you need a QR code, this is automatically emailed to you when you create your return having filled in the correct details.


 

EU/INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

Please note, we do not cover the charges for EU/international returns.

Please allow 21 days for returns to reach us and be processed.

Please note:

When returning goods from the UK, please allow at least 10 working days for returns to be processed. Allow 14 working days from Ireland and up to 21 working days from EU/Internationally. If you have not heard from us within your timeframe, please get in touch with customer services.

FAQ

 

What do I do if my item is faulty?

Contact us in the first instance, at help@macinasac.com, including a clear image of any flaw or fault. With respect to our colleagues who will handle warranty claims, please wash the garment before you return it to us. 

 

Exclusions

Please note, our 1 year guarantee excludes damage that may have been caused by misuse, wear and tear, accident or alteration. Mac in a Sacs should not be subject to high temperatures, sunlight or heat, as this causes delamination. 

Bought it elsewhere?

If you bought a Mac in a Sac item from a store retailer, please return it directly to them, with the receipt or any proof of purchase. 

What if my return was a gift?

Returned orders can only be refunded to the purchaser. If you need to exchange your gift, the purchase will need to get in touch to provide the order details.

Distance Selling Regulations

Customers purchasing from within the UK or EU have seven working days (beginning when you receive your goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods.

Any goods being returned from the EU under this clause must be returned at your own expense. As with all other returns, we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting – unfortunately refunds cannot be given for goods not received back by us if there is no proof of return postage.
