UK Delivery

Royal Mail RM48  (FREE P&P over £30)

Our deliveries normally arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch from Belfast. However please allow 7 working days in case of delay. If you haven't received your delivery within 7 working days of placing the order please get in touch. RM48 postage for orders of 30 pounds or less is £3.95.

Express Delivery - £5.95

If you need your order even quicker, we can dispatch using a courier. Delivery will be completed within 1-2 working days. Orders must be placed before 2pm to ensure next day delivery Monday-Thursday. Friday cut-off is 1pm.  Express Orders placed after this time will be sent on the following working day. Please note that Express Delivery does not include Saturdays.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery-£8.95

If you need a guaranteed next day delivery, choose this service (excludes Bank Holidays/Saturdays)Order by 2pm Monday-Thursday (1pm Friday). It will be sent via Royal Mail's SD1: Special Delivery Guaranteed service. Orders placed after this time will be sent on the following working day.You will be able to track your order by following the link in the dispatch email, or by contacting customer services  . Please note this may require a signature.

Non-UK Delivery

All shipping charges will be stated at the checkout.

Republic of Ireland/EU Orders

Please allow 6-9 working days for delivery to Europe. However please allow 14 working days in case of delay. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days of placing your order please contact us.

Rest of the World
All goods are shipped from the UK and should arrive with you within 14 working days of your order being placed if standard postage has been selected. Express delivery is available if a faster method is required. Please allow 21 working days in case of delay. If you have not received your delivery within 21 working days of placing your order please contact us. If an express method has been chosen contact us after the indicated time frame has passed if the goods have not arrived.
Returns & Exchanges


Please allow at least 10 working days for returns to be processed. You have 30 days from receipt of goods to return to us.


Print your Tracked 48 Returns Label on our Royal Mail Returns Portal. Returns are free.

Please make sure that the returned item has not been worn (other than tried on), and that it is in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate from your post office / carrier.

Returned gift items have to be refunded to the purchaser. If you want to swap or return your gift, the purchaser will need to get in touch with us directly.

If you would like to exchange an item, please make sure you specify the colour and size you would like on a cover note. 

Refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method. 

What do I do if my item is faulty?

Contact us in the first instance, at, including a clear image of any flaw or fault. With respect to our colleagues who will handle warranty claims, please wash the garment before you return it to us. 


Please note, our guarantee excludes damage that may have been caused by misuse, wear and tear, accident or alteration. Mac in a Sacs should not be subject to high temperatures, sunlight or heat, as this causes delamination. 

Bought it elsewhere?

If you bought a Mac in a Sac item from a store retailer, please return it directly to them, with the receipt or any proof of purchase.

Distance Selling Regulations

Customers purchasing from within the UK or EU have seven working days (beginning when you receive your goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund for the goods.

Any goods being returned from the EU under this clause must be returned at your own expense. As with all other returns, we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting – unfortunately refunds cannot be given for goods not received back by us if there is no proof of return postage.
