Where do I send it?

If you come across a manufacturing defect with an item you bought from our website, please return it to:

Exclusions

Please note, our guarantee excludes damage that may have been caused by misuse, wear and tear, accident or alteration. 

Bought it elsewhere?

If you bought a Mac in a Sac item from a store retailer, please return it directly to them, with the receipt.
