It hasn't rained since my overtrousers arrived so I haven't yet tested them, but I already have a Mac in a Sac jacket so am assuming the trousers will be equally waterproof. They fold down really small and are light to carry. I can get them on and off over my walking boots, just, and as I have short legs I like the velcro fastenings which mean I can tighten the trousers at the ankles and they don't drag on the floor. I normally wear a size 10 in trousers and the Small size easily fits over my other trousers. I would have liked pockets, apart from that they're great.
